Login via mobile text (SMS)
If you do not have access to your e-ID or doesn’t have one, you can log in via your mobile phone. On the Login page, click the option “Mobile phone (text message)”. There you have to fill in your personal number or e-mail and your personal PIN code.

How do I get a PIN code?

If you have access to your e-ID, login and go to My Profile. To obtain a PIN code, click the Generate PIN code button. Note! For this to work, make sure that your mobile phone number, with countrycode, is registered in the field Mobile phone. If you are unable to login with e-ID and want to obtain your PIN code, we ask you to contact your contact person at Grant Thornton who will help you with this.
To obtain a PIN code, you must either log in with one of the other login methods to generate a PIN code under the My Profile tab, or contact your contact person at Grant Thornton.

How to log in with the Mobile text (SMS) login method:

  1. Go to www.grantthornton.se.
  2. Choose "Log in" in the menu.
  3. Choose log in metod "Mobile text (SMS)".
  4. Enter your personal number (12 digits) or your emailadres (Attention! The field is sensitive to lowercase and uppercase letters).
  5. Ente your pin code.
  6. Click Submit button.
  7. You will now come to step 2 with a field where you should enter a six-digit code, known as a one time password that you should recieve in a text message. It should say "Notification sent" below.
  8. Enter your OTP from the text message in the field. Click Submit.

You are logged in to Flow and can choose company and the service you want to start working with.

Problem?
If you dont recieve any text message, contact someone in your local Grant Thornton team. You can also try the Google Authenticator method if its activated for you.
