Authenticator login

Log in with Google, Microsoft or Windows Authenticator
If you do not have a Swedish e-ID, you can log in with the method Google or Microsoft Authenticator. It works in all countries and is a great alternative login method if you don´t have an e-ID or have trouble with receiving a one-time code (OTP) via your mobile phone. Login with Authenticator requires that you have the function enabled in Flow and that you have downloaded an application to either a smart phone or tablet. This application generates a one-time password login with your social security number or e-mail.

How do I get this activated?
Contact someone in your contact team at Grant Thornton, who will ensure that this is activated for you. When activated, an e-mail from GrantThornton (no-reply) (Subject: Grant Thornton Flow - Aktivering av Google Authenticator | Google Authenticator activation) will be sent to your e-mail address with a QR-code for activating your account in the Authenticator-application.

ATTENTION! The link has limited validity, which is 14 days from receipt and only works one time. If the code has become invalid, ask your contact person to activate a new one for you.

Authenticator on smartphone or tablet

Iphone/Ipad
Download Google or Microsoft Authenticator in App Store. (If it concerns reactivating an account, please delete the old one before activating the new one). Open the app and activate your account by:

1. Click the plus symbol in app for setting up a new account. Choose scan QR code. (If asked about typ of account choose "Other").
2. Open the email on your computer and click on the link you received in the email. Note! The link is only valid once.
3. Scan the QR code with the phone's camera. Your account is set up automatically. Your account is set up automatically in the app. The account is created and called Grant Thornton Flow [with your name and email address].
4. IMPORTANT! In the app, you will now receive a code. Go back to the browserpage and enter the code from app in the box under the QR code to complete the activation.
5. Click Send. After that you should get to step 3 and get confirmation that the activation is completed.
6. Then go to www.grantthornton.se and select Log in to Flow, use method Google or Microsoft Authenticator.
7. Enter your emailadress and the six-digit code, you'll now find in the app.
   
   Each code in the app is replaced every 30 seconds but works for login for 15 minutes after it disappears from the app.

Android
Download Google or Microsoft Authenticator in Google Play. (If it concerns reactivating an account, please delete the old one before activating the new one). Open the app and activate your account by:

How can I get this inactivated?
If you by some reason want to inactivate this login method, just contact someone in your contact team at Grant Thornton, who will ensure that this is inactivated.

What happens if I have lost my smart phone or tablet?
If you have lost or got a new device, contact someone in your contact team at Grant Thornton, who will help you with getting the previously account inactivated and activate a new one.

How to log in with the Authenticator login method:

1. Go to www.grantthornton.se
2. Choose "Log in" in the menu
3. Choose log in metod "Google eller Microsoft Authenticator"
4. Enter your personal number or your emailadres (Attention! The field is sensitive to lowercase and uppercase letters)
5. Ente your 6-digit code you receive from your app.
6. Click Submit button.

You are logged in to Flow and can choose company and the service you want to start working with.
