  • BankID eller Nordea (eID)
  • Mobile BankID
  • Google or Microsoft Authenticator, read more information here.
  • Mobile text (SMS), read more information here.

Common causes of login problems

  1. You do not have your personal PIN code for the Mobile Phone (text message) method. Contact someone in the contact team to find out your PIN code.
  2. You want to use the Authenticator method but do not activate it, read more here about how activation works.
  3. Stuck in the login step?
    - Not registered or not active as a user, check it with someone in the contact team.
    - Using the email address as username, the field is sensitive to uppercase and lowercase letters. Input must be made exactly as registration was done in the system so please try again and go to My profile and change format on email adress after log in.
  4. Gets a blue screen after verification, fs.grantthornton.se. This may be because you used an incorrect login link, or the time you started logging in to the page until you completed the verification took too long. Try logging in again from www.grantthornton.se

If you experience other technical problems, please contact your contact person first so they can check if your account is fully activated. If you after that still experience problems you can contact Technical Support for Flow here. Be sure to state your personal information and a detailed description of what is going wrong and in what step you experience it.
