Clear browser history - PC

If you experience problems with login or a program, it is good to clear the web history as a first step.

If you use a PC, the shortcut is Ctrl + Shift + Delete in your browser or look for “cookies and cache” in the settings menu.

Then follow the instructions in the window or tab that appears.

You often have to choose interval, and then we recommend you to choose the to clear all the history.

Use the suggested markings and then click Delete or Clear now. After you have done this, it is important that you close all internet windows you have open for the cleaning to be done. Open the browser again and try if the problem is resolved.
